The Homer Road Townhomes located in the Rutland area of Kelowna consists of nine three bedroom units. The project provides much needed affordable family rental housing in the area. The design has a contemporary aesthetic with street facing patios to provide a residence with a connection to the community and liven the street scape. This Nido supported HJB Architecture in the design of the project.
